I LOVE Spinach and Artichoke Dip. When Joe and I go to restaurants, we order this most of the time. I had searched for an easy recipe that tasted like what we found in restaurants and I found it and I thought I would share it with you.
If you have ever visited The Pioneer Woman she posts some really good recipes and takes pictures as she makes them. So I thought I would borrow her idea for my recipe.

The Ingredients
Jar of marinated artichoke hearts, a package of frozen creamed spinach, mayo, sour cream, a garlic clove, and fresh Parmesan cheese.
(notice the lovely wallpaper in the background...that's going to be taken care of!)
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and put your spinach in the microwave to thaw
Drain and chop the artichoke hearts. I have my handy food chopper
Throw them in a small baking dish
Take your creamed spinach that you thawed and throw that in with the artichokes
Then add 1/4 of a cup of mayo, and a 1/4 cup of sour cream and throw those in.
Then press one small clove of garlic in the bowl using a garlic press.
Add 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan Cheese to the dish
Mix everything together with a spoon to make it look pretty.
I like to add some more cheese for the top but that's just me
Throw it in the oven for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
